Art Auctions can deie hearts of collectors and collectors miss a beat . Especially when not only exciting contemporary art will retrieve rows , but the proceeds will be used also in a good cause . In this sense: Welcome to elle dorado ArtCharity 2013!

Once again though, the initiators and initiators succeeded renowned artists for the Aukton on 20 October to win at Berlinischen gallery. So my special thanks to the donors who not only art-loving Berliners enjoy with their gift , but also serve a good purpose . And of course, particularly also the gay and lesbian Förderkreis elle dorado eV. For 15 years support and elle dorado enables social and cultural projects of Berlin community and thus helps to make lesbian, gay bisexual and transgender lifestyles in berlin visible and to counteract exclusion and discrimination. The proceeds of the organiesierten elle dorado ArtCharity 2013, again go to projects that have the preservation and promotion of the colorful diversity prescribed in our city. When bidding and hopefully successful bid , I wish all participants of a lot of fun and of course the organizers for the sake of your promotional activities a handsome revenue .

Grußwort des Regierenden Bürgermeisters von Berlin, Klaus Wowereit

Kunstauktionen lassen deie Herzen von Sammlerinnen und Sammlern höher schlagen. Besonders dann, wenn nicht nur spannende zeitgenössische Kunst aufgefufen wird, sondern der Erlös auch einer guten Sache dient. In diesem Sinne: Herzlich Willkommen zur elledorado ArtCharity 2013! Wieder einmal ist es den Initiatoren und Initiatorinnen gelungen, namhafte Künstlerinnen und Künstler für die Aukton am 20. Oktober in der Berlinischen Galerie zu gewinnen. Daher gilt mein besonderer Dank den Spenderinnen und Spendern, die mit ihrer Gabe nicht nur kunstbegeisterte Berlinerinnen und Berliner erfreuen, sondern auch einem guten Zweck dienen. Und natürlich ganz besonders auch dem lesbisch-schwulen Förderkreis elledorado e.V. Seit 15 Jahren unterstützt und ermöglicht elledorado soziale und kulturelle Projekte der Berliner Community und trägt so dazu bei, lesbische, schwule bisexuelle und transidente Lebenswelten in berlin sichtbar zu machen und Ausgrenzung und Diskriminierung entgegen zu wirken. Auch der Erlös der von elledorado organiesierten ArtCharity 2013 wird wieder in Projekte fließen, die sich dem Erhalt und der Förderung der bunten Vielfalt in unserer Stadt verschrieben haben. Beim Mitbieten und hoffentlich auch Ersteigern wünsche ich allen Teilnehmern und Teilnehmerinnen sehr viel Spass sowie natürlich den Veranstaltern im Interesse Ihrer Förderaktivitäten einen stattlichen Erlös.
